Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return period for all of our new products excluding open box and clearance items.

Items must meet the following criteria to be eligible for return:

• Contact us within the first 14-days of delivery date of the item.
• Must have original invoice, no exceptions.
• Wheels cannot be mounted to tires, no exceptions.
• Wheels and parts must be in new and unused condition.
• Must have original packaging and included accessories. 

If wheels or parts have been installed, it is considered used and is not eligible for return for refund. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Original shipping cost paid by the customer is non-refundable.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. Wheels must returned in their original packaging and box. If wheels are damaged when they are returned due to improper/poor packaging it is subject to additional fees. Non-negotiable.

All sales are final for open box and clearance items and is not eligible for return or refunds.
